Its time for a break from your winter routine. Escape to the beach in sunny California!
Meet us in Anaheim at The Rental Show. Bring your beach towel to Booth #4845 Feb. 18 though 20 at the Anaheim Convention Center. We’ll show you the new features we developed for SolarTrak.

We’ve added a Vehicle Mileage Tracking option that allows you to track vehicles, get speeding alerts and automatically calculate miles per state for IFTA compliance. Even better, you can add it just to your delivery, service or construction vehicles.
Ask for a demo, and we’ll give you a cool pair of shades – actually, tinted safety glasses for you or your crew.
Cool gift for viewing our hot product!
Winter-Proof your Equipment with SolarTrak’s Help
November 7, 2018 | Posted in Support & Tech Advice
As temperatures go down, so does your battery capacity. Especially in states with cold nights, or in states where projects are on hold for winter, battery levels can fall if you’re not vigilant.
Here’s where SolarTrak can help.
SolarTrak trackers can keep their eye on your equipment’s battery levels, whether they are on-site at a remote location or parked in your headquarters for an extended time. If equipment isn’t regularly charged, the battery levels can drop.
No worries, SolarTrak user!
Simply go to Notifications and select “Input Voltage Low”, then choose the equipment to apply it to. You’ll get a text or email alert when the machine’s battery falls below the pre-set level. Avoid surprise battery issues and the chore of sending techs to each machine to check. Keep your equipment healthy and ready to go.
It’s another benefit for SolarTrak fleet management users. Don’t have SolarTrak installed? We can fix that, too. Call us at 484-223-4994 for info or a free demo.
SolarTrak Upgrades Cellular Service to 4G
August 27, 2018 | Posted in Product Updates
Time marches on and, as everyone with a smartphone knows, certain cellular providers are planning to phase out 3G. Anticipating the switch, SolarTech has moved to a brand-new 4G platform to take advantage of the newer, faster, more efficient data network.
This platform is not the 4G LTE system used by individual cell phone users. This 4G CAT M1 system is specifically dedicated for M2M (machine to machine) traffic. Social media users – and their voice, texts, gaming and video-downloading – will no longer slow and clog the network.
In May 2018, SolarTrak began shipping the new upgraded 4G version trackers. You will notice a new upgraded antenna for screw-mount installations, otherwise, the tracker looks identical.
Have no fear, current SolarTrak customers: Your 3G models will continue to operate for years.
Taking advantage of emerging technology: another way SolarTrak is keeping our customers ahead of the crowd.
